This experience has provided extensive practical knowledge and a keen sensitivity to local conditions, opportunities and challenges.

efm Hospitality Solutions was born in early 2010 when the founders realized they need to find and deliver focused solutions to individual owners to reposition, upgrade and turn around underperforming assets and help potential developers design, build and operate new projects to be successful in a challenging environment.

efm can provide the skills that every developer and owner requires to realize their vision. The difference between efm and others offering similar services is in the delivery. The name of the company actually defines its industry niche, “Solutions”. Consulting companies for the most part conduct research and prepare a report identifying the problems. efm conducts research and prepares reports of its findings, but there the similarity ends. That is the starting point for efm. The company then undertakes to provide the profitable solutions to the opportunities that have been identified. Again, the difference is in the delivery.
