If desired, efm can take full responsibility for the operation of a hotel, resort or condominium hotel and provide complete management services acting as agent for the owners, delivering a complete and transparent monthly report with financials and operating highlights.
efm is not affiliated with any particular brand and can work with any of the independent specialized marketing organizations (e.g., Small Luxury Hotels, Preferred Hotels, Design Hotels, etc.) or independently market the property without any brand affiliation.
The company is completely hands-on and maintains a low overhead structure allowing it to be more flexible regarding fees and costs to an owner. Its principals have all the requisite experience, having been responsible for successfully operating, marketing and controlling 12 company-owned and third-party managed hotels and resorts when he was an with Renaissance Hotels International. Each one can individually draw on the experience of having managed hotels all over the world. efm's senior executives are all seasoned professionals with successful career paths at property level, as corporate executives, and as independent operators.
